Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped. Customers must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to request cancellation. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if a wrong or damaged product is received. Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return request.

An opening video is mandatory as proof of damage or incorrect product. Requests without a proper opening video will not be eligible for return.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are applicable only in cases where a wrong or damaged product has been delivered. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with the required proof.
